   Hello! I know this is somewhat off-topic however I needed to ask.
   Does managing a well-established website such as yours require a lot of work?

   I would just say to just find something you love and look for every opportunity to be involved with local events or anything going on that you are interested in writing about.

   makes it much easier to maintain and keep quality up if you are sincerely enthusiastic about what you are blogging.
